My new Lorus Sports Lumibrite Watch

My new Lorus Sports LumiBrite Watch. Bought it from Hua Ho department store at Bunut. It really glows nicely in the dark as shown in the photos (for many hours), love it, that's why i want it  If you are unfamiliar with Lorus Watch brand, it's actually a part of Seiko Watch Company. This is the first watch i bought that is not Casio.

A Table Tennis Course for both from Primary and Secondary school Teachers was conducted at the Multi-Purpose Hall in Berakas. The two days course is hosted by the Sports and Games section of Department of Co-Curriculum Education and was conducted by me and Cikgu Fen. The Table Tennis course was attended by 60 Teachers from all four districts.

The course aim to promote the interest of Table Tennis among the Teachers and help them have a better understanding of International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) rules and regulation so that they can share it back at their school among the Teachers and also to guide their students to play proper Table Tennis game. During the two days’ workshop all 60 Teachers also learned how to Umpire a Table Tennis match for schools. The course ended with the Teachers having a Table Tennis friendly match with each other. Also present at the workshop was the Acting Assistant Director of Department of Co-Curriculum Education, Pg Jusri Bin Pg Hj Hassim.

My School Table Tennis Team 2011 :-)

3 Years had past and my Table Tennis Team is growing, and i would like thank Coach Richard McAfee from USA for his support & his kind and generous contribution of Table Tennis Equipment to my school students. Table Tennis is fun, really, i didn't think so 3 years ago and i also thought it was impossible for me to learn how to play, but "never give up" prove me wrong.

I may not be good in playing, but i'm still practicing. At the same time i coach my student too. Being a Coach and a player is different. You do not need to be very good in playing to be a good Coach. Trust me, look at my student, you will know what i'm talking about. lastly, i would like to thank Mr. Anthony Liew, Yvonne, Jessica, Fen, Cikgu Azmi, Cikgu Roy, Uztaz Ashraf, Cikgu Arif, and all my students for their believe and support for my development of Table Tennis not just in my school but in Brunei. Thank you all :-)

Many is wondering when is BJFA UBD Chapter launch, and is it true that the UBD Kendo Club members are the one responsible for founding the Chapter in UBD? Of course not many new bloods in BJFA UBD Chapter now know about this story or the History of it. Well i can say is it's a History and not a story. Why and how i know? Because i was there :-)

This is the proof of BJFA-UBD Chapter launch in UBD on 22nd May 2004, few weeks after Kendo is started in Brunei Darussalam.

I got my ITTF Certification :-)

After 2 years of Table Tennis, and after many hours of sessions with my Table Tennis students, i finally got my International Table Tennis Federation(ITTF) Level 1 Certification, awarded by ITTF. I've become an Internationally regconised Coach from Brunei Darussalam :-) I'm really happy when i received an E-Mail from Coach Richard McAfee from USA. This is part of what he said below,

Hello Lim Han,

"Congratulations on being the first coach in Brunei to acheive ITTF/PTT Level 1 Certification. Your name should appear in the ITTF Coaches Database shortly. I very much enjoyed visiting your school while I was in Brunei."
